The Knee S'ports from All-star slide over the lower calf-straps on catcher's leg guards. Attach the thickest part of the Knee S'ports wedge to the leg guard so it faces your heel. Lace up the two lower straps of the leg guard through each loop on the Knee S'ports going across the anti-slip textured fabric to the other side. Hand washable with warm water and mild detergent and air drive.
